On February 17, 2021, the investment project for construction and business of technical infrastructure of Quoc Tuan – An Binh industrial park had its investment policy approved in Decision No. 212/QD-TTg by the Deputy Prime Minister. Signed by Trinh Dinh Dung. The project’s investor is An Phat 1 High-Tech Industrial Park Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of VND 1,947 billion and an operating term of 50 years (2021-2071).

On March 2, 2021, Quoc Tuan – An Binh Industrial Park was officially established according to Decision No. 681/QD-UBND of Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee. The project implementation location is in Quoc Tuan commune, An Binh commune and An Lam commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province.

On March 5, 2021, Quoc Tuan – An Binh Industrial Park was granted an Investment Registration Certificate by the Management Board of Hai Duong Provincial Industrial Parks and was renamed An Phat 1 Industrial Park.
