NAM SON HAP LINH INDUSTRIAL PARK

Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park was approved to be added to Vietnam’s Industrial Park Planning according to Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 of the Prime Minister with the expected planning area. is 200 hectares. On June 28, 2007, the Prime Minister approved adjusting the area of ​​Nam Son – Hap Linh industrial park, and at the same time approved the investment policy to build Nam Son – Hap Linh industrial, urban and service park. with a total area of ​​about 1,000 hectares, of which the industrial park land area increased to 800 hectares (Official Dispatch 856/TTg-CN). At the same time, also in 2007, the construction investment project of zone A of Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park was assigned to a joint venture between IGS Group and Nam Hong Company (Bac Ninh) as the investor with a total land area. was 600 hectares (including 400 hectares of industrial park land and 200 hectares of urban land), the project was later adjusted to increase the industrial park area to 432 hectares (additional agricultural land area that is difficult to cultivate). ) according to Decision 1365/QD-UBND dated September 23, 2009 of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province.
On April 16, 2010, the investment project to build Area A of Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park was revoked by Bac Ninh province and assigned to Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) to continue investing for the investor. The old investor delayed project implementation.
On May 26, 2010, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh Province issued investment certificate No. 21202000277 to KBC to implement the investment project to build Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park, Zone A, Nam Son Industrial Park. Son – Hap Linh was then officially established under Decision No. 211/QD-UBND dated February 7, 2013 of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province with the full name of Zone A – Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park.

On August 20, 2014, Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park was approved to reduce the area from 800 hectares to 432 hectares (reduction of 368 hectares) according to Official Dispatch No. 1511/TTg-KTN of the Prime Minister and Prime Minister. Then, the area was further adjusted to reduce the area from 432 hectares to 300 hectares according to Decision No. 783/QD-UBND dated June 21, 2017 and Decision No. 16/QD-UBND dated January 20, 2020 of the People’s Committee. Bac Ninh province for the reason of removing from the planning the headquarters construction areas of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command and the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police. At the same time, the industrial park was also officially renamed Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park, the nature of the industrial park was adjusted from an industrial park with low toxic pollution, clean industry to an industrial park. clean, environmentally friendly.

On January 8, 2019, Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park was officially approved by the Prime Minister to adjust investment policies according to Decision No. 29/QD-TTg, the project has a total investment capital of 2,900 VND. billion station with a land area of ​​300 hectares, located in the administrative boundaries of Hap Linh ward, Nam Son ward, Bac Ninh city and Lac Ve commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province. Also from this point on, Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park really solved the problems related to planning and began to strongly deploy.
