Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park is an industrial park located in the overall planning of the Non-Tariff Area and Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (zone 1) with a total area of more than 1,329 hectares including: Industrial park (917 hectares); Seaport; Non-tariff area (210 hectares); Petrochemical area and petrochemical warehouse (62 hectares); Logistics and warehouse area (105 hectares)
Specifically, Nam Dinh Vu industrial park was approved to be added to the general planning of industrial parks in Hai Phong until 2020 according to Official Dispatch No. 180/TTg-CN dated February 1, 2008 of the Prime Minister with an area of The initial planned planning area is 1,200 hectares, planned location in Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong city. After that, the industrial park was adjusted to increase the planning area.

Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (zone 1):
– Also known as Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park
– Approved detailed planning at 1/2000 scale according to Decision No. 795/QD-UBND dated May 5, 2009 of Hai Phong City People’s Committee with an area of 917 hectares.
– The project’s investor is Sao Do Investment Group Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of more than 2,400 billion VND.
– Operation period: From 2009 – 2059
Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (zone 2):
– Now it has been renamed Deep – C2A industrial park
– Approved detailed planning 1/2000 according to Decision No. 644/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2009 and approved detailed planning 1/500 according to Decision No. 2047/QD-UBND dated April 29 November 2010 of Hai Phong City People’s Committee. Deep C2A Industrial Park has a planned area of 513.3985 hectares, of which the area of industrial land, factories, and warehouses is 397.55 hectares (accounting for 77.43% of the planned area).
– The project’s investor is Hong Duc Industrial Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of 2,468 billion VND.
