Hai Long Industrial – Urban – Service Park is located in the center of Thai Binh Economic Zone, with an area of 390.41 hectares in the territory of Dong Long, Dong Hai and Dong Xuyen communes, Tien Hai district; in which, the area inside the sea dike line No. 6 is 286 hectares and the area outside the sea dike route No. 6 is 104.41 hectares.
